Mobile App Account Deletion Guide

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, projects, and connections will be lost forever. Please make sure this is what you want to do before proceeding.

Delete Account from Mobile App

Follow these steps to delete your account using the IHC mobile application:

👤Go to Profile

Open the app and navigate to your Profile section from the bottom navigation bar.

âš™ī¸Access Settings

Click on the Settings button (gear icon) located in the top right corner of your profile.

đŸ—‘ī¸Find Delete Profile

Scroll down in the Settings screen to find the 'Delete Profile' option at the bottom.

✅Confirm Deletion

Tap on 'Delete Profile' and confirm your choice when prompted. Your profile will be permanently deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Medical records and appointment history
  • Prescriptions and treatment history
  • Messages and communications with healthcare providers
  • Payment history and billing information
  • Reviews and ratings
  • Account settings and preferences

  • Deletion is immediate and permanent
  • Cannot be undone once confirmed
  • You can create a new account anytime
  • Outstanding payments may take time to process
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance
